50^th Wedding Anniversary Gift

 “In anticipation of our 50^th wedding anniversary, I proposed thoughts of a new engagement ring and wedding band for my wife. Following some discussion, we decided to see if we could have a new ring designed around the diamond of her original engagement ring, including several additional diamonds from family heirlooms. 

During our first visit, José helped us clarify our own thoughts by attentively listening, and asking clarifying questions, resulting in his providing several sketches that led to a decision. The result, when completed, was simply stunning. To see the finished design and artistry of a new ring incorporating the original diamond highlighted with others from cherished heirlooms was an amazing moment for both of us; exquisite craftsmanship. In addition, the kindness, courtesy, and genuine interest offered by all their employees was yet another hallmark of our experience, one that invites us to highly recommend José &  Co. to all of our family and friends”.

“I had a fabulous experience with José and Lynda! I first came in to the store in March to inquire about an engagement ring for my girlfriend at the time (now fiancée). José was super helpful and offered to bring in a few diamonds for me to look at. After looking at the diamonds the following week, I asked about Lab-Created diamonds, and he brought in some of those for me to look at too! After seeing both the natural and Lab-Created diamonds, I was prepared to make my decision and choose the diamond. Then, I described what I wanted for the ring itself, and he made it beautifully within a couple of weeks. Throughout the whole process, I felt very well cared for as a customer, and José did not rush me or try to push a sale at all. He was more than willing to bring in multiple diamonds for me, and educated me on which characteristics are worth spending money on and which differences wouldn’t be noticeable to the eye. This helped me get the most beautiful diamond at a reasonable cost. I truly value that José is willing to spend time with his clients to educate them and make sure they are getting exactly what they want. My fiancée absolutely loved the ring! A couple months after the engagement, she decided that she wanted to size it down a bit since it had fallen off once. We brought it in and José and Lynda were very helpful in working with us to select a size to go down to. José resized the ring (at no charge!) and she had it back within a week. Overall, we have had an amazing experience with José & Co. Custom Jewellers, and there is no question that we will be returning when it comes time to get our wedding rings”.

“I have a momento birthday watch that was given to me by my parents several years ago which I value dearly. I’ve had the battery replaced before but not by a proper jewellery store. In the process a little waterproofing gasket got broken and this caused moisture to get inside. This caused it to intermittently not work properly so I thought that it was probably broken. Thank-You so much, for the donation of water – for our Hot Dog BBQ.  We had a beautiful day  – it was perfect actually.  We had so much walk by traffic because of all the festivities going on, down on the beach.

We made -(in four hours) $770.10, for The Sources Women’s House.  They will use all of that money for making meals for women who are in need, in White Rock/South Surrey area.  Sources delivers and makes meals for shut-ins, women in distress physically and financially, and single mothers that need a helping hand.  

We were truly touched at José’s contribution to our fund raiser and the water was a welcomed treat on such a hot day.  Scrunchies went over well with the kids, especially.
